To provide you with peace of mind, I want to take this opportunity to personally update you on what we are doing at Norwegian Cruise Line to help ensure you have a safe, healthy and happy vacation experience with your friends and family.
It goes without saying that our first priority is always the health, safety, security and well-being of our guests, team members and all those in the communities we visit. Our teams are working around the clock to do what is right for our guests and travel partners. We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus situation and consult with global public health authorities including The World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and remain committed to acting swiftly with every action necessary.
Please know that we remain optimistic and look forward to welcoming our guests onboard again very soon. In fact, we recently opened for sale a year’s worth of sensational itineraries as well as incredible sailings to the over 300 destinations our guests have come to love. Our team is standing by to assist our guests with their future travel arrangements.
Additionally, I want to provide our guests and travel partners with reassurance, so I am very pleased to extend our Peace of Mind policy. Booking with confidence is now more important than ever, so for any existing or new reservation made by July 31, 2020 for any voyage through November 30, 2020, guests are free to cancel anytime up to 48 hours in advance of embarkation. Please note that this policy applies to individual and group bookings only. Anyone choosing to cancel via our Peace of Mind policy will receive a full refund in the form of a future cruise credit to be used for sailings that embark through December 31, 2022. If you are opting to cancel your future reservation and not taking advantage of our Peace of Mind policy, you must do so by contacting us via phone. Please note that standard cancellation policies will apply to cancellations made outside of our Peace of Mind policy.
